My way of seeing

I am a pattern matcher and that is how I write my poems. My poems arise in one of three ways:

  • Complete, they just flow out of me and I consciously add nothing.

  • Pieces arise, but no poem in sight. It sometimes takes years for the poem to appear.

  • I see a pattern and some content then consciously try to form them as a poem.

I am an engineer, not a physicist or philosopher. So parts of my view are chosen from those presented by physicists and philosophers that feel valid to me. However, I often see something, a pattern, that leads me to different conclusions in certain areas.

Valid is, for me, an important concept that I use instead of Truth. In Pan Intentionalism, the Axiom of Truth is: we don’t know. So I measure my view by validity: how it correlates with reality. In the section on Views I contrast the earth centered and sun centered views, both of which are valid. But the flat earth view is invalid.
