Beware of becoming locked.
We need interpretations, expectations, and certainty in our path of life. Yet each can deceive us. They are used by con (confidence) men to deceive us.
Interpretations
We easily confuse what is said with what is meant. Words do not have meaning, meaning is in what they point to. And context is important.
Expectations
Expectations are the seeds, seeds of fear, seeds of greed. And they grow into trees with deep roots. Once grown, they are hard to uproot.
Certainty
In Pan Intentionalism I say the Axiom of Truth is We don’t know. We don’t, there is no certainty. We can believe, and when we do we will see.
This reflects back on views. We can hold our view two ways:

In front of us, seeing Reality through our view.

Behind us, letting it guide us.
The difference appears when our view is invalid, when it doesn’t correlate with Reality. When we see Reality through our view, we tend to try making reality fit our view.
When we let our view guide us, we are more likely to change our view to fit Reality.
